A message dated June 20, 2009, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 88(FIN)                                                                                             
      "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Governors                                                          
      of the Alaska Bar Association to June 30, 2013; and providing for
